IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To deliver innovative solutions that enhance leisure travel accessibility, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will manage the full project lifecycle using a hybrid approach of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets while tracking progress in partnership with Scrum Masters
• Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration, evangelizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies across the organization
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on program goals and provide executive-level reporting that translates Agile progress into milestone tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant project leadership experience in a hybrid waterfall/agile environment
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, and SharePoint
• Expertise in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
