IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing vendor relationships and driving performance metrics, the full-time Sr. IT Project & Program Manager will oversee outsourced IT services, enhance asset management processes, and integrate AI into workflows while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with IT deployment and support service partners, ensuring SLA accountability and performance management
• Build and manage a metrics and reporting program for outsourced IT services, defining KPIs and conducting regular business reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage vendor contracts, invoicing accuracy, and compliance across service partnerships

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT vendor/MSP management, IT asset management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing outsourced service provider relationships, including SLAs and vendor governance
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building KPI/metrics programs and translating data into actionable recommendations
• Experience implementing AI into workflows and driving adoption
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
