IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Technology Project Management Organization, the full-time IT Project Manager, Business Analyst will manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scopes, functional and technical requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Manage dependencies and risks across teams, ensuring project blockers are addressed and resolved
• Define project success metrics and develop implementation plans while providing regular status updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of work experience, including at least three years in project management
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
• Preferred certifications: PMP and Agile (CSM)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various stakeholders
