IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To support project execution and adherence to best practices, the full-time IT Project Manager will initiate, plan, execute, and close IT projects remotely, ensuring that all deliverables meet defined success criteria and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Initiates and manages projects according to departmental methodologies, ensuring timely and on-budget completion
• Defines and implements project management methodologies, including communication plans and issue tracking
• Establishes key processes and reporting for the Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance enterprise project execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in information technology, with 2-3 years in IT project management or direct supervision of IT associates
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMI Certified) required
• Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project and MS Project Server
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale, global project implementations and understanding of ITSM frameworks
