IT Project Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried IT Project Manager will manage technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards while facilitating service excellence and process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, and post-go live support
- Manage IT deliverables for internal initiatives and call center program launches, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies while coordinating with third-party vendors and internal teams
Required qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience with call center operations and associated technologies is a plus
