IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried IT Project Manager will manage and execute technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and standards
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies while managing IT deliverables for internal initiatives and call center program launches
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments, preparing project status reports and maintaining accurate project documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred
• 5 to 8 years of experience managing enterprise-wide software development and infrastructure projects
• 3 to 5 years of experience with call center operations and associated technologies is a plus
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
