IT Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Project Manager in the Cloud Services and IT category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cloud customer instance deliverables
- Participate in customer-facing project alignment meetings
- Maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT experience in a role such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager, or similar
- Experience with Service Now, ITIL practices, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows, and identity management using Azure AD, Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience working for a cloud service provider (CSP) or managed service provider (MSP)
