IT Project Manager II

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Project Manager II will manage the onboarding, deployment, and offboarding processes for contractor support within the Contractor Command Center, ensuring data accuracy and guiding requests through the approval process.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processes for contractor management, including daily meetings to review status and action items
• Ensure data accuracy and provide guidance to requestors on CCC procedures and resource requests
• Identify and resolve issues while supporting leaders and requestors in a high-impact project environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in project and workflow management
• Proven experience in data management, validation, and operational reporting
• Strong skills in risk, issue, and resource management execution
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
