IT Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary
As an IT Quality Assurance Analyst, the full-time remote position will focus on partnering with the Product Underwriting team to analyze, test, and implement business system changes while ensuring high-quality applications through collaboration and best testing practices.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Underwriting team to understand business goals and translate them into system requirements
- Utilize testing expertise to ensure high-quality applications and implement best practices in testing
- Engage with the Agile Analyst Community of Practice team to further shape agile and testing practices
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
- Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience
- Experience with common testing methods and tools, including risk-based testing and API testing
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Experience utilizing AI tools for requirements refinement and testing
