IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, the full-time hybrid IT Quality Assurance Analyst will capture business requirements, develop test cases, and manage quality assurance roadmaps while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and organize business requirements into well-defined, feature-driven test cases
• Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with Digital Product Analysts and development teams to assess feasibility and risks
• Maintain prioritized quality assurance roadmaps and perform QA activities to align with business strategy goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of Project Management or Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Solid working knowledge of technology solutions related to business process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-driven and proactive, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
