Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure the quality and reliability of new capabilities and enhancements for Commercial Auto products by analyzing requirements, developing and executing test scenarios, and validating APIs.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile delivery team to develop and execute test scenarios and validate APIs for data transfer into the Duck Creek quoting platform
- Perform functional, risk-based, API, and regression testing while maintaining automated test scripts
- Document and track defects, collaborating with developers and business partners to resolve quality issues
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
- Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience may be considered
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience
