Job Summary
Owning the full recruitment cycle primarily for IT-related roles, the experienced Recruiter will work remotely to attract and hire talented professionals while partnering closely with hiring managers to define profiles and build effective recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviews to offers and pre-onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in tech or product companies with international hiring
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML or Data roles is a strong plus
