IT Risk Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Joining the IT Risk and Compliance team, the full-time remote IT Risk Compliance Analyst will manage the execution of compliance programs, including reviewing client contracts, responding to security inquiries, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze client contracts, identifying necessary legal and IT attention while coordinating redlines
- Respond to client security questionnaires and maintain a reusable answer library for efficiency
- Support vendor risk assessments and operationalize data retention policies, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, GRC, contract management, or privacy
- Hands-on experience with commercial contracts, especially MSAs and DPAs
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF
- Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
