Job Summary
Partnering closely with Account Executives, the full-time IT Sales Engineer will provide pre-sales technical expertise, assess client needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful transitions to managed services in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify managed services opportunities and assess client infrastructure and business drivers
- Conduct technical assessments and translate findings into standardized managed services solutions
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure alignment between sales and service delivery teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (8+ years relevant experience)
- Proven experience selling and designing Cisco and Microsoft solutions within enterprise environments
- Strong experience with enterprise networking, cloud solutions, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and secure architecture design preferred
- Preferred certifications include Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
