IT Security Analyst

Job Summary

To support enterprise application delivery and security, the full-time remote IT Security Analyst will configure and maintain application delivery controllers and edge security platforms, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement security best practices across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support application delivery controllers, WAF, CDN, and edge security platforms
• Partner with network, security, and application teams to implement consistent security and operational controls
• Troubleshoot complex Layer 1-7 issues involving DNS, TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, and load balancing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting application delivery controllers and edge platforms such as F5, A10, or Cloudflare
• Strong knowledge of WAF, CDN, load balancing, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and application security, including OWASP Top Ten
• Experience with cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application delivery and security issues across Layers 1-7
• Expected to maintain at least 90% weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools for productivity enhancement
