IT Security Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a meticulous and energetic IT Security Compliance Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage security and compliance programs, assess risks, and strengthen controls across cloud and on-premises infrastructures while collaborating with various teams to enhance the organization's compliance posture.

Key responsibilities:

• Determine security, compliance, and control requirements for IT systems; assess risks and establish remediation plans
• Prepare compliance assessments, audit evidence, and related reporting while maintaining the information security compliance program
• Perform compliance control testing, support audits, and validate corrective actions through completion and retesting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in Information Security, IT Audit, or Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
• Experience in developing, documenting, implementing, and testing IT security and compliance controls
• Proficiency in analyzing technical processes, identifying security gaps, and managing multiple compliance activities
