IT Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance security measures, the full-time remote IT Security Engineer will manage identity and access management, endpoint security, and email protection while collaborating with IT and security teams to enforce security standards and controls.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain security standards for identity and access management, including SSO and multi-factor authentication
• Own endpoint detection and response policies and maintain security standards for email and domain protection
• Lead incident response efforts related to identity, endpoint, and email security incidents

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT security, identity security, or security engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with identity providers and SSO, including SAML and OIDC
• Experience with phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication methods
• Familiarity with endpoint detection and response platforms
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
