IT Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support security operations in a multi-architecture environment, the full-time salaried IT Security Engineer will implement and enhance security controls across various platforms while independently managing technical tasks and collaborating with senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls for cloud services, identity, networks, and applications
• Investigate production security issues and collaborate with senior engineers for complex problems
• Automate security operations and integrate security platforms with existing services and workflows

Required qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in security operations or engineering
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, or cloud operations
• Working knowledge across identity, networking, cloud, endpoint, and application security
• Ability to explain technical processes clearly and document configurations and decisions
• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell or Python
