Job Summary

Leading security operations in a remote environment, the full-time salaried IT Security Manager will manage a security engineer, strengthen security posture, and proactively address risks while collaborating with various teams to support business innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security improvements across AWS and manage identity and access controls through Microsoft Entra ID
• Oversee vulnerability management and incident response, coordinating with the MDR provider to reduce future risks
• Own the SOC 2 Type II audit process, ensuring compliance and coordinating with external auditors

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of information security experience with a focus on leading security initiatives and managing professionals
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS security, including IAM and network security
• Proven experience managing SOC 2 Type II audits end to end
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and endpoint security practices
• Familiarity with AI security risks and secure AI integrations
