IT Security Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance security within a modern media environment, the full-time remote IT Security Specialist will manage endpoint security, identity and access management, and security awareness programs while ensuring the protection of systems and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own security for the company's Mac fleet, including compliance, monitoring, and malware response
• Manage Okta-based identity and access management processes, including adaptive MFA and access scopes
• Develop and implement security awareness programs and training tailored to various teams within the organization

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in IT security, endpoint security, or identity and access management
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Jamf, CrowdStrike Falcon, Okta, and Google Workspace security
• Understanding of modern security boundaries across browsers, SaaS applications, and AI-enabled systems
• Experience with security logging, monitoring, and incident investigation
• Ability to evaluate risk in the context of real-world workflows and operational constraints
