Job Summary
Collaborating on security and compliance initiatives, the full-time IT Security Specialist will manage helpdesk support, tools administration, and cross-functional projects in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate on the IT & Security project roadmap and helpdesk workflows for cross-functional initiatives
- Build and maintain structured, automated, and audit-ready security and compliance processes
- Administer company-wide authentication and access management standards while providing hands-on helpdesk support
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an IT, Security, or Technical Operations role
- 3+ years of experience working in a fully remote environment
- Experience executing IT project roadmaps and managing vendor relationships
- Working knowledge of enterprise identity and access management and disaster recovery planning
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with AWS security tools
