Job Summary
Supporting the development and execution of sourcing strategies, the full-time remote IT Services Category Manager will manage supplier relationships and drive procurement initiatives across IT managed services, staff augmentation, and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for IT Services aligned with business objectives
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance with service levels
- Lead procurement events, including RFP development and contract execution, to achieve financial targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing experience in IT services or related categories
- Proven ability to manage procurement projects from strategy through execution
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and supplier performance management
- Demonstrated success in adopting AI to enhance job functions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
