IT Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing leadership and management for the OCIO IT Services Team, the full-time remote IT Services Supervisor will oversee approximately 25 personnel, create proposals based on customer needs, and develop financial performance reports for NASA's multimedia and technical communications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the OCIO IT Services Team and manage multiple work packages supporting NASA customers
• Create proposals and estimates based on customer requirements outlined in Statements of Work (SOW)
• Develop and communicate monthly financial performance reports to NASA customers and eMITS management

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, with previous NASA experience preferred
• Experience supervising teams and managing employees across multiple locations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Box
• Experience in compiling financial reports and managing customer relationships
