IT Software Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Software Developer will lead the design, development, and delivery of enhancements to Agency Quoting and Vendor Quoting platforms, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve the agency quoting experience while providing technical leadership and hands-on software development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews for quoting applications
- Develop and enhance Agency Quoting and Vendor Quoting applications, including creating APIs and user interface components
- Participate in Agile processes such as sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure timely delivery of projects
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
- Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years related work experience may substitute for degree requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in .Net, Angular, and API development
- Experience with AI tools and Agile methodologies
