IT Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of next-generation Customer Experience orchestration platforms, the full-time IT Software Engineer 2 will drive technical design, implementation, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make informed technical decisions and take ownership of the development and design process for assigned systems or components
- Lead feature development efforts with minimal oversight while participating in code reviews and maintaining technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues, providing mentorship to junior engineers as needed
Required qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 2 years focused on high-scale Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or CX enterprise software
- Experience with AWS Services and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native application deployments
- Proficiency in designing reliable workflows and integrations in Salesforce
- Advanced programming skills across multiple languages and frameworks
