IT Solution Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the IT Solution Analyst II will manage system implementations and process redesigns, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement system changes and deliver business outcomes
• Analyze and build complex reports, ensuring optimal operation of systems and data integrity
• Provide consultation on industry standards and regulatory issues, designing training materials for end users

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field
• Two to four years of experience in reporting and/or analytics within clinical, financial, or related fields
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Excel, along with experience in clinical software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
