IT Solution Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time IT Solution Delivery Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business units and the technology organization, translating business goals into actionable technology roadmaps and managing projects from ideation through to end-user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between business and IT, fostering deep relationships to influence planning conversations
• Develop business cases for initiatives, including problem definition, options, costs, benefits, and risks
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery against timelines

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, project or program management, and technology delivery roles
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure funding for initiatives
• Strong experience in requirements documentation and practical project management in Agile environments
• Fluency in relevant business domains to engage effectively with functional leaders
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
