IT Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Epic Patient Flow Applications, the full-time IT Solutions Architect will manage project activities, develop business requirements, and ensure effective technology solutions are in place while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with IT leadership and business units to define technology-related business problems and develop solutions
• Leads project coordination, providing technical direction to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
• Mentors IT team members and supports the development of effective business process mappings for complex systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems with exposure to technical or project management
• Proven experience in business relationship management and project portfolio analysis
• Strong knowledge of Epic applications, particularly Grand Central and Clinical Case Management
• Ability to create effective presentations and documentation for knowledge transfer
