IT Specialist
Job Summary
To support an established organization in the networking and technology services industry, the remote IT Specialist will manage customer onboarding and activation sessions, assist with virtual machine implementations, and guide clients through technical requirements during a 3-month contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and activation sessions, collaborating with customer IT teams for platform integrations
- Assist in implementing virtual machine-based collectors and telemetry solutions within customer networks
- Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams as needed
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in networking, technical support, or customer success roles
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall policies
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as CVEs and software hardening practices
- Experience in communicating technical concepts and conducting training sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
