IT Staff Auditor

Job Summary

Evaluating the effectiveness of IT systems and controls, the full-time hybrid IT Staff Auditor will collaborate with senior leadership to assess technology-related risks, develop audit programs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IT Audit team in achieving departmental objectives and conduct walkthroughs of key IT processes to identify risks
• Perform assessments of IT controls, document results, and execute IT audits in accordance with departmental standards
• Maintain communication with management and external auditors to ensure coordinated audit coverage and compliance with IT regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or IT Security required
• Minimum of 2 years of IT auditing or related experience
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity controls, and information security frameworks
• Relevant certifications such as CISA or CISSP preferred
• Experience with data analytics tools for analyzing IT system data sets preferred
