IT Supervisor - Epic Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a remote full-time team, the IT Supervisor - Epic Analytics will manage day-to-day operations, oversee professional development, and coordinate the design, development, testing, and maintenance of IT systems to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance evaluations of the IT staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage project coordination, including resource allocation, milestone determination, and status reporting for team projects
• Facilitate training and mentorship for team members, developing new training programs and ensuring consistent onboarding processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or a related field with three years of relevant IT experience; or an Associate's degree with four years of experience; or a High School Diploma with five years of experience
• Experience in managing IT operations and leading teams in a healthcare environment
• Advanced skills in specialized analysis and reporting tools, including SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
• Knowledge of Epic clinical workflows and data governance principles
