Job Summary
Providing technical support for store devices and company systems, the full-time IT Support Associate will act as the primary contact for U.S.-based employees of a Quick Service Mexican Grill while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform remote troubleshooting and document incidents and resolutions for internal team members
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound voice calls and back-office offline work
- Utilize diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to resolve technical issues effectively
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of Tech Level 2 experience in a BPO or IT service desk setting
- Strong technical proficiency in hardware, networking, and POS troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as Prisma, Fusion, and PuTTY
- Good understanding of security best practices in a regulated business environment
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
