Job Summary
To support the deployment of AI-driven automation in pharmacies, the remote IT Support Manager will build and manage IT support for customer machines, ensuring 24/7 uptime and overseeing the growth of the IT team.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer machines, both physical and virtual, for bot deployments
- Own 24/7 monitoring and uptime for the machines, establishing on-call coverage
- Communicate technical IT setup and requirements to customers across all divisions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in IT, systems administration, or infrastructure, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Windows machines, both physical and virtual
- Familiarity with remote access, credentials, and authentication methods
- Experience monitoring systems and ensuring uptime for production workloads
- Strong ability to explain technical requirements to non-technical staff
