IT System Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the US Department of Education's enterprise cloud development effort, the full-time IT System Analyst will manage ServiceNow queue ticket triage, vulnerability management, and system monitoring while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow ticket assignments and maintain reporting for SLA and KPI tracking
- Assist the Security Team with vulnerability management and coordinate actions for AWS Health Alerts
- Conduct system monitoring and reporting, including troubleshooting alerts and managing website maintenance windows
Required qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or a Master's degree
- Experience in vulnerability management and system monitoring
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse technical and business stakeholders
