IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a remote IT Systems Administrator, the full-time position will manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core infrastructure components, including servers, networking, and storage, while administering SaaS platforms for performance and availability
• Administer Entra ID, manage MFA enrollment, and support identity lifecycle automation, including access reviews and audit evidence collection
• Develop and maintain PowerShell or Python scripts for operational tasks, automate workflows, and participate as a technical responder during service incidents

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a systems administration role
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and cloud infrastructure in Azure and/or AWS
• Proficiency in administering Entra ID, including Conditional Access policies and MFA
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams administration
• Scripting ability in PowerShell or Python for operational automation
