IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the deployment and maintenance of critical building automation and environmental monitoring systems, the full-time IT Systems Analyst will manage server architecture, application support, and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of building automation and computerized maintenance management systems
• Provide support for server operations, deployments, and incident response workflows, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts and maintain clear documentation for systems and workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training and experience
• 3-5 years of experience deploying and configuring Windows servers and applications
• 3-5 years of experience working with relational databases, preferably MS SQL
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing server architecture plans
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service and technical support
