Job Summary
To support the accounts payable function, the full-time IT Systems Analyst Technician will review and analyze invoices, manage payment processing, and ensure compliance with financial policies while working onsite in Memphis, TN.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices and check requests for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system and process payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Required qualifications
- Experience with accounting software such as Coupa and SAP
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Clear and conceptual thinking ability with excellent judgment
- Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
