IT Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Resolving complex technical issues, the full-time IT Systems Engineer will manage escalated service requests and support key business technologies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents, and change requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues across various applications, networking, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate timesheets and document troubleshooting communications with clients
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience or 1 year as a Service Technician I or II at VC3
- Experience managing Windows Service, Microsoft/Office 365, Active Directory, and security protocols
- CompTIA Network/A+, Microsoft 365, or Azure certifications are highly desired
- Strong background in troubleshooting networking issues (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMWare
