IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the administration and operational management of Microsoft endpoint management and patching platforms, the full-time IT Systems Engineer will optimize Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, and WSUS while ensuring compliance and security of Windows endpoints in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune for enterprise endpoint management and software distribution
• Manage patch compliance and reporting, coordinating patching cycles and remediation activities across workstation and server environments
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on endpoint management and vulnerability remediation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering enterprise IT infrastructure or systems in a production environment
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, and WSUS
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is preferred
• Prior experience in a US-based healthcare organization is preferred
