Job Summary
As a full-time remote IT Systems Engineer, the successful candidate will manage and secure systems, provide technical support to employees, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance IT, security, and AI practices within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day IT support, triaging and resolving requests through the helpdesk channel
- Execute IT controls for PCI DSS Level 1 and SOC 2 compliance, including access reviews and device compliance
- Lead hands-on AI enablement initiatives, building training and maintaining a library of AI use cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience administering identity and access tools like Okta and Google Workspace
- Experience managing devices through an MDM
- Practical experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical challenges independently
