Job Summary
To support critical university operations, the full-time IT Systems Specialist will administer and optimize enterprise systems, primarily focusing on Salesforce, while working remotely from specified states.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, ensuring system availability and performance through monitoring, upgrades, and technical support
- Design and implement sustainable system workflows and data integrations to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with users and ITS teams to analyze problems, identify solutions, and provide timely support for enterprise applications
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience administering enterprise applications, with a strong preference for Salesforce CRM experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Anthology SIS and Canvas LMS is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and project management tools
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
