IT Systems Support Consultant

Job Summary

Providing intermediate remote support, the contracted IT Systems Support Consultant (Tier 2) will manage Tier 2 escalations, administer Addigy and Datto RMM platforms, and execute standard client infrastructure projects while maintaining documentation and adhering to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an independent Tier 2 escalation point, troubleshooting and resolving technical and security issues
• Operate and configure Addigy and Datto RMM platforms, ensuring data governance checks are completed successfully
• Manage and execute technical projects, including endpoint imaging and user provisioning, while maintaining rigorous documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing Tier 2 IT support in an MSP or MSSP environment
• Strong proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Relevant foundational IT or security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified)
• Working knowledge of PSA, Addigy, and Datto RMM platforms
• Ability to pass a comprehensive multi-jurisdictional background check
