IT Technical Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing financial services team, the remote IT Technical Analyst will analyze vendor application architectures, create technical documentation, and ensure compliance with banking security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze vendor application architectures, interfaces, APIs, and configurations
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional design documents, workflows, and test plans
- Support environment readiness and vendor testing activities while preparing change management documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in IT analysis or technical support within financial services
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and understanding system integrations
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SOX, PCI, and FFIEC compliance standards preferred
