Job Summary
To enhance workforce capability within a business unit, the full-time Business Unit Training Specialist - IT will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on technical processes and competencies, utilizing various instructional methods in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs, including curriculum and assessments, tailored to technical processes and competency requirements

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 2-4 years of experience in employee learning and development with proficiency in multiple learning solutions
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency with training tools, LMS platforms, and productivity software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
