Job Summary
To support a diverse technology vendor portfolio, the full-time IT Vendor Relationship Manager will manage vendor relationships, oversee contract lifecycle activities, and drive performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor governance, contract management, and financial oversight while tracking KPIs and ensuring compliance
- Support contract lifecycle activities including analysis, pricing evaluations, and renewal planning
- Develop vendor scorecards and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of IT vendor management experience preferred
- Proven expertise in vendor relationship management and contract negotiations

- Vendor management or procurement certifications are a plus
