Italian Speaking Legal Counsel
Job Summary
Acting as a strategic business partner, the full-time Italian Speaking Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for software licensing and related services while working remotely with the Italy and UK Sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value enterprise SaaS agreements, including DPAs, NDAs, and partner agreements
- Respond to legal requests from internal teams and communicate legal concepts effectively to business partners
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of standard agreements, policies, and internal processes
Required qualifications
- Strong practical experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in a technology-oriented environment
- Understanding of intellectual property, licensing, SaaS, revenue recognition, and privacy issues in commercial transactions
- Proven track record of negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house role
- Fluency in Italian, both written and oral
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a legal team and prioritize multiple ongoing projects
