ITAM Solution Architect
Job Summary
Leading the technical design and delivery of IT Asset Management solutions for enterprise customers, the full-time remote ITAM Solution Architect will architect implementations, advise on best practices, and mentor consultants while ensuring alignment with governance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design for ServiceNow ITAM implementations, including Hardware, Software, and Enterprise Asset Management
- Provide evidence-based assessments of ITAM maturity and cost optimization strategies to customers
- Mentor Technical Consultants and Business Process Consultants on ITAM design patterns and best practices
Required qualifications
- Practical experience applying AI tools to asset management workflows
- Experience in IT asset management or related enterprise IT operations roles
- Demonstrated experience architecting ITAM solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integration for asset data accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
