ITC/PTC Program Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented ITC/PTC Program Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and Production Tax Credit (PTC) initiatives for hydropower projects, ensuring compliance and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of coordination for tracking and verifying all inputs and documentation required for ITC/PTC qualifications
- Maintain a clean qualification file for each facility to withstand various audits and reviews
- Act as the central hub for aligning inputs from supporting departments to meet qualification requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- 3 to 8+ years of experience in energy project development, asset management, or renewable energy finance/tax credit compliance
- Basic familiarity with energy tax credits (ITC/PTC) and eagerness to learn IRS regulatory frameworks
- Comfortable reading technical project documentation and understanding renewable energy assets
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered
