Job Summary
Managing and coordinating IT changes, the full-time ITIL Certified Change Manager will ensure changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, implemented, and reviewed with minimal impact to business operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes within the IT environment
- Review Change Requests for completeness, risk, impact, and implementation plans
- Coordinate Change Advisory Board meetings and obtain required approvals
Required Qualifications
- ITIL / IT Service Management knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management
- Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Experience in risk and impact assessment
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and reporting analysis
