ITOM Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time ITOM Solution Architect will design and lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow ITOM solutions remotely, focusing on architecture, event intelligence, and operational governance to ensure trustworthy operational data.
Key responsibilities
- Own ITOM architecture, including Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and CMDB design
- Architect event intelligence and observability layers, integrating existing monitoring solutions
- Provide honest assessments of customer readiness and translate architecture into business outcomes for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Substantial ServiceNow ITOM delivery experience at architect or lead level on large programs
- Demonstrated depth in CMDB architecture and Discovery pattern design
- Practical experience applying AI to operational work
- Infrastructure and cloud fluency, including hybrid and multi-cloud architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to explain technical designs clearly
